 Abstract 

The issue of the legal situation of minor children in the Russian Federation was more relevant than ever. Population policies aimed at improving fertility, maintaining the health of children and adolescents and strengthening the institution of the family. All these measures make it possible to conclude that a minor child, as one of the participants in social relations, is becoming increasingly important. Due to the specific feature of this subunit of social relations - nonachievement of adult age. Its legal situation has its own characteristics, which can be more clearly highlighted when considering the duties of a minor. The objectives of the work are to analyze the scope of constitutional responsibilities of the nonold in the Russian Federation with the identification of their peculiarities and to formulate the problems of this constant on the basis of the analysis carried out and to propose ways to solve them. The main constitutional duties of imperfect years are investigated. Their peculiarities and issues of implementation and execution are considered. It is determined that the constitutional duties of minors have many peculiar-ities, and at present, they are not fully regulated and stipulated in modern Russian legislation.
